                     Un&lt;br /&gt; Şerbeti için:3 su bardağı su&lt;br /&gt;                      3su bardağı şeker&lt;br /&gt;                      200 gr teteyağı&lt;br /&gt;                      250 gr ceviz&lt;br /&gt;Yapılışı:Yoğurt,süt,yumurta,kabartma tozu ve zeytinyağını bir kapta karıştıralım.Unu yavaş yavaş bu karışıma ilave ederek kulak memesi kıvamında yoğuralım.dinlenmeye bırakalım.Tereyağını eritip bekletelim.Ceviz  büyüklüğünde bezeler şeklinde hamuru bölelim.bu bezeleri tek tek nişasta ile açaraküst üste dizelim.10 tane olunca diğerlerinde bu şekilde yapıp bütün hamurları bitirdikten sonra hazırladığımız bu yufkaları iyice açıp büyüttelim.Açma işlemi bitince üzerine 2 kaşık kadar tereyağı serpip ,öğüttüğmüz cevizdende serperek oklavaya saralım.Oklavada sarılıyken büzelim yufkayı ve oklavayı çekelim.1 parmak uzunluğunda kesip yağlanmış tepsiye dizelim.200 derecede ısıtılmış fırında kızarana kadar  pişirelim.Önceden hazırladığımız şerbeti  üzerine dökelim.Soğuduktan sonra servise hazırdır.                                                                                 &lt;br /&gt;
